MTS AI has started a partnership with Softline Group, a leading provider of solutions and services in the field of digital transformation and information security. The collaboration is aimed at developing the AI market in Russia by consolidating the expertise of the vendor and the integrator.
As part of the partnership, four main MTS AI’s solutions have been added to Softline Group’s product portfolio: the Audiogram speech recognition and synthesis platform; the WordPulse service for communication analysis; the TenVision video surveillance and analytics system; and the Cotype, large language model.
In the future, as the cooperation develops, it is envisaged that pre-sales and service-product expertise centers will be formed on the part of Softline Group. A number of activities are also planned to prepare solution sales and account managers for promotion. Previously, a technical specialist underwent training to evaluate the solutions and analyze them in detail.

Now at Softline Group we are building a product line of AI solutions. Since MTS AI is one of the market leaders in this area, we are particularly pleased to start this collaboration. In cooperation with the vendor’s experts, we hope to expand our own expertise and in the future acquire competencies for independently managing projects based on their solutions. But for now, we are taking on the task of promoting MTS AI products in the Russian IT market,” said Irina Yanova, Head of Sales Development at Softline Group.
