MTS AI has launched a free demo version of Kodify, a service for automatic code generation using neural networks. It allows developers to evaluate coding speed in an IDE-like environment, create code snippets using autocompletion, and then test them.
The Kodify demo version will be valuable for IT product managers, technical team leaders, product line managers, and anyone interested in optimizing the software development process. The test mode allows users to evaluate the service’s capabilities and the accuracy of code suggestions. Kodify analyzes all previously written code in the editor for this purpose. The demo version also allows users to explore the service from a usability perspective. It features syntax highlighting similar to popular development environments, making the Kodify experience as close as possible to working in a real IDE.
Additionally, the demo version allows users to select their programming language to try the service in their preferred language. Currently, it supports two programming languages: Python and Java. Syntax highlighting and suggestions adapt to the chosen language, and users can switch between them while working.
“In the actively growing market of copilot assistants for programmers, companies choose solutions suitable for them based on multiple objective parameters: suggestion frequency, their applicability to specific tasks, compatibility with certain IDEs, etc. Therefore, we provide an opportunity to evaluate our solution in practice without implementing a pilot and other complexities,” said Sergey Ponomarenko, Head of LLM Products at MTS AI.
The full version of Kodify allows generating code from scratch based on natural language text descriptions and has no limitations on the number of code lines processed. The service also integrates with all popular development environments, and MTS AI can add support for Go and other programming languages upon client request. For additional data security, Kodify can be deployed on the client’s infrastructure, ensuring that information processing and code generation occur exclusively within the company’s perimeter.
According to MTS AI estimates, using code generation systems can increase development department productivity by 20% to 45%. It also helps optimize employee resources by freeing up their time for other professional tasks. The test version of Kodify is available via the MTS AI official website.
