Job duties:
- gather, analyze, formalize and coordinate business, functional and technical requirements for the development / modification / integration of information systems;
- analyze the incoming requirements, application environment and regulatory documentation;
- analyze the existing solutions in the company's projects , analyze the project's processes / tasks (AS IS / TO BE);
- confirm requirements with business customers and the project team;
- formulate and manage business, functional and technical requirements;
- decompose and describe business, user and technical functions;
- explore the use cases diagram;
- build business process and data flow models (BPMN / activity);
- develop logic models for the data and intra-system interactions;
- generate a specification of UI and backend data processing algorithms.
Our expectations:
- experience on a similar job in IT companies;
- understanding of the processes of development, testing, implementation and maintenance of software and automated systems using Agile / Kanban methodologies;
- understanding of the client-server application architecture (frontend, backend, DB);
- experience in gathering, analysis, development and management of business, functional and technical requirements, both independently and as part of a team;
- proficiency in diagram and flowchart modeling tools using BPMN, UML (use case, activity, sequence, etc.) and Arcadia notations;
- ability to present the work product, with a straightforward description and visualization for the entire project team (both for engineers and business actors);
- experience in working with Atlassian products: Confluence, Jira;
- assessment of labor input for systems and business analysis tasks.
Optional:
- knowledge of / experience in using BABoK;
- experience in working with Enterprise Architect;
- experience in working with requirements management systems;
- understanding of the principles of microservice architecture and practical experience with MQ, SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, XSD, SWAGGER, SQL;
- understanding of Kafka, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search;
